How are the China made products different than the ones made in USA?
  • The cutting and manufacturing is completed in Kansas, USA
  • The lining we use for our Made in USA line is manufactured in Johnstown, CO
  • All safety regulations are the same regardless of country of origin
  • Packaging and quality is the same

The WRAP-N-MAT® Wraps are our original product and were created to hold flat foods like sandwiches, crackers and cookies.  The Pouches, Large or Mini, are perfect for more bulky foods like chips and fruit. The Large Pouch can even hold a sandwich if necessary while the Mini Pouch can hold half of a sandwich very nicely. WRAP-N-MAT® Wraps and the Pouches both are lined with the same LDPE material.

Absolutely NOT.

The product is the same except for the outer material. In a nutshell, the Polypro is like the re-usable grocery sacks that have an earthy string like look, more rugged. The Cotton/poly is similar to the material of a dress shirt, smooth in texture. The lining, regardless of the outer fabric is exactly the same material.

Simply place the sandwich or other snack foods in the center of the WRAP-N-MAT® Wrap and fold left to right, top to bottom and close the hook and loop fasteners. WRAP-N-MAT® Wraps keeps food fresh for hours. When needed, place a cold pack alongside the Wrap.

Wrap-N-Mat® Products are available in four sizes: – Original Wrap: 13″ x 13″ – Grande’ Wraps: 17″ x 14″ – Large Pouch: 6 3/4″ x 7″ closed; 15″ x 17″ opened flat (Same capacity as a typical sandwich baggie) – Mini Pouch: 5” x 5 3/4” closed; 11″ x 13 1/2″ opened flat (Perfect for toddlers; same capacity as the snack sized baggie)

Due to the lining, our products are NOT intended for hot foods, to be heated or to be microwaved. As with any plastic, placing hot food upon the lining will make it melt.
NOT intended for clothes washer, especially not at a laundry mat as their machines run too hot and too rough for our products.

Our unique and patented design makes cleaning simple. Simply open the Wrap or Pouch and wipe clean with a clean cloth. When needed place the Wrap or Pouch on the top rack of the dishwasher or hand wash. Air dry.  NOT intended for clothes washer, especially not at a laundry mat as their machines run too hot and too rough for our products.
YES!  All of our products are lined with the same material as a typical baggie.  Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) is free of lead, phthalates, Bpa and PVC.  We simply use a thicker quality of LDPE to stop more air from penetrating.  The lining is weave free so there are no fibers to trap unwanted food particles.
Our LDPE lining is resin #4 which is able to be recycled. Check with your local recycle center to see if they accept #4. We encourage you to keep using our products for non-food items when the wrap or pouch has provided you countless uses. Simply tear out the plastic and use the product for non-food items such as small toys, make-up, jewelry, crayons, etc.
We are aware that the LDPE material appears to have hash marks in the lining. These markings are not cuts nor defects in any way and will NOT lessen the durability of the product. They occur when the products are manufactured.
Since our creation in 1999 we have had a corporate policy to utilize every resource instead of disposing. Since we are presently manufacturing exclusively in the USA, we are adapting our header cards by applying “Made in USA” stickers to our already printed header cards. Each of our products will have a side seam tag that states the country of origin so if in doubt simply look for the side seam tag.
